Here is the story behind these wonderful videos.
In June of 2013 we held the 3rd Annual VegFest Houston in a new venue.  It was almost all indoors and had an actual auditorium for our speakers to give their presentation.  The two years before this we had relied on my imperfect abilities to record the presentations.  But for this new and improved venue we were lucky enough to have a professional videographer volunteer his time and knowledge to do it right.  Not only did he come in with his own equipment AND personally make sure that every presenter was recorded but when it was all done he took the time to professionally edit the videos you see here.

The videos were given to me to publish into a place where you could all enjoy them.  I had great intentions.  After the updated venue and filming I wanted to share these in a way that I considered worthy of the work David had put into them.  I was working on a new website design and planned to use these videos in the great unveiling.  And here it is, a year later and I am just now getting these out to where you can see them.  I am still working on the website and will be including these videos when it is ready. For now I hope you enjoy and appreciate the work that David put into them.
